We’re in Business!!

Adventure Tails Dog Walking has officially launched!!  We are super excited to service Peterborough’s dogs and their families.  We’d like to welcome you to our Adventure Tails family as well.

Hi, I’m Laurie Pezzack, owner and operator of Adventure Tails.  My family moved to Peterborough in early spring of 2018, and we have had a great summer exploring, and becoming entrenched in the community.

I left the corporate world behind to pursue my passion, which is caring for dogs.  I have owned dogs my whole life, and was also a foster mom for 5 years with the Boston Terrier and Lab rescues.  Through that time I experienced and learned from dogs that came from many walks of life.  From puppy mill rescues to unruly puppies, to senior dogs with special needs, I’ve come to learn about animal behaviour, positive training, compassion, and love for the wonderful dogs that have come into my life.

I can’t wait to share my passion for canine care with you and your dog.

Adventure Tails specializes in on-leash walks, both private and group walks.  Our group walks are limited to four dogs, which means your dog will receive wonderful personalized care in a social setting with other dogs.  We match dogs with similar energy levels, so your pup will have similar friends to walk with.

All our walks take place on Peterborough’s beautiful nature trails.  Every day is a new adventure, and offers your furry friend an opportunity to explore, exercise, and socialize.

Click here for a list of our services and pricing.  Contact us to schedule a free meet and greet, where we can discuss the best care plan for your dog.

I’d love to hear from you.  Comments are appreciated and encouraged.  If you have topics you’d like me to cover, let me know.  I want this blog to be for you.

Stay tuned for informative tips, interviews with pet professionals, stories, top 10 lists and more on all things dog.  I’ll be coming to you every other week at minimum.  I can’t wait to connect, inform, and educate.

Until next time, stay cool and keep your pup cool.

Laurie
